The client, a Dresden-based pharmaceutical company, is hiring a permanent Engineer for Building Services / Facility Management / Specialist Planner specializing in HVAC. The role covers planning and sizing of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and plumbing systems; preparation of concept, approval, and construction plans; technical calculations; coordination with architects, clients, and specialist trades; tender and awarding support; monitoring technical implementation; and ensuring compliance, cost-effectiveness, and energy efficiency. Candidates need several years of professional experience, a relevant degree, knowledge of VDI and TGA standards, planning software experience, German C1 and communicative English proficiency, and a valid work visa for Germany.
