Description
The District Office for County Real Estate and Public Works is hiring a full-time Engineer for Facility Management / Technical Building Services in Plochingen. The role manages maintenance, inspections, repairs, building automation, CAFM systems, energy optimization, and life-cycle-cost concepts for district-owned properties. Applicants need an engineering or technical building-services degree, several years of relevant experience, knowledge of German building regulations, CAFM and MS Office skills, German communication skills, a Class B driver’s license, and proof of measles immunity for applicants born in 1971 or later.
