The role supports complex shipboard systems and assemblies, develops cross-system flow diagrams, handles engineering design and control systems, leads technical projects, coordinates with customers, suppliers, and classification societies, and mentors designers, draughtsmen, apprentices, and trainees. Candidates need a technical degree, several years of relevant experience, CATIA/CAD knowledge, and strong German and English skills.
