Description
The role is responsible for identifying Mechanical Ground Support Equipment (MGSE) requirements, developing solution approaches and specifications, presenting concepts to project management and customers, coordinating supplier selection and manufacturing oversight, participating in milestone and acceptance reviews, reviewing documentation, and training employees. It requires a degree or comparable qualification in mechanics, aerospace engineering, physics, or a related field, at least 5–10 years of relevant experience, knowledge of mechanics and mechanical integration, familiarity with aerospace standards, strong communication and analytical skills, and English proficiency.
