Description
The Engineer for Security Systems will plan, design, develop, commission, monitor, troubleshoot, and coordinate maintenance of object protection and security systems for substations in Hesse. The role covers video surveillance, access control, intrusion alarms, perimeter protection, security concepts, protected areas, zoning, technical documentation, and coordination with specialist departments, service providers, and manufacturers. It requires relevant electrical, security, or comparable training, experience with security or monitoring systems, knowledge of energy or industrial facilities, German proficiency, MS Office skills, and willingness for occasional business trips and on-site appointments. The position is full-time, based on a 37-hour workweek, and starts in November.
