Description
The Maintenance Worker responds to general maintenance service calls under the Director of Engineering and performs repairs and upkeep in hotel facilities, guest rooms, and public spaces. Responsibilities include carpentry, plumbing, electrical wiring, painting, snow and ice removal, equipment inspection, furniture and luggage handling, tool and supply inventory, safety compliance, and timely backup support. The role requires basic tool operation, blueprint reading, physical stamina, independent work, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
