Description
The Maintenance Worker responds to general maintenance service calls under the Director of Engineering and performs repairs and upkeep in hotel facilities, guest rooms, and public spaces. Responsibilities include carpentry, plumbing, electrical wiring, painting, snow and ice removal, equipment inspection, furniture and luggage handling, tool and supply inventory, safety compliance, and timely work-order prioritization. The role requires physical stamina, the ability to work without supervision, attendance and punctuality, and operation of maintenance tools and equipment.
