Scout Motors is hiring a full-time Powertrain Calibration Engineer to own drive-system function development, calibration, validation, and integration across prototype and serial development. The role focuses on BEV drivability, torque-path calibration, testbench and vehicle testing, Simulink and C programming, and collaboration with powertrain, chassis, and systems teams. It is based in Novi, Michigan, requires 4–5 days per week in the office, and offers a base salary of $110,000–$135,000 plus a performance bonus and benefits.
