HARMAN is hiring a Global AME Test Engineer (T3) to develop, harmonize, and support test processes across global manufacturing sites. The individual contributor will standardize test methods and documentation, evaluate suppliers and emerging technologies, improve ICT, FCT, EOL, software flashing, and vision-based testing, support test systems and debugging, develop automated scripts in Python, .NET C#, and LabVIEW, and provide training. The role requires an engineering degree, 3–5 years of test engineering experience, experience with major test platforms, programming skills, strong English communication, international project experience, and the ability to travel and work flexible hours. The position offers flexible work, including full-time remote work one day per week for eligible positions.
