Description
Micron is hiring a Global Facilities Standardization Engineer to lead systems and programs that improve performance, reliability, and operational excellence across its facilities network. The role focuses on implementing Total Productive Maintenance, standardizing preventive maintenance procedures, analyzing maintenance data, conducting audits, leading standardization projects, and developing AI-enabled continuous-improvement solutions. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline and at least five years of facilities operations and maintenance or facilities engineering experience supporting a semiconductor fab or large-scale manufacturing plant, along with demonstrated Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM leadership.
