Description
The Reliability Engineer will lead qualification and process buyoff for new laboratory equipment or layout changes, maintain reliability-test processes of record, define process windows and control plans, support audits, and analyze process performance data to drive corrective actions. The role also integrates AI-assisted tools and continuous-improvement initiatives, partners with automation engineers on error-proofing, and requires an engineering degree, semiconductor backend or reliability-lab knowledge, and familiarity with quality systems and reliability testing.
