Description
Micron is hiring a Reliability Engineer to own end-to-end management of reliability stress tests and package qualification activities, including thermal cycling, HAST, HTS, and CSAM. The role maintains process records, leads qualification and process buyoffs, defines process windows and control plans, drives continuous improvement, supports cross-functional qualification efforts, and uses statistical and AI-assisted techniques to analyze process performance and automate reporting and workflows. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, semiconductor backend or reliability-lab knowledge, familiarity with reliability and quality systems, and 0–2 years of experience.
