Description
The Miami HEAT Engineering team is seeking an HVAC Technician/Engineer to monitor, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot facility heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The role includes using building automation and computerized maintenance systems, performing preventative maintenance, responding to alerts, maintaining spare parts and inventory, operating facility equipment, and working extended or irregular hours. Candidates should have a high school diploma, G.E.D., or vocational training plus at least two years of relevant experience.
