Conterra is hiring a NOC Engineer I for a Monday-Friday, 12:00 pm–8:30 pm EST mid-shift role in the office. The position monitors and supports the company’s fiber and network infrastructure, troubleshoots data and voice incidents, resolves customer issues, documents and escalates events, coordinates with field operations, and performs network testing and maintenance. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–4 years of Tier 1 or Tier 2 network operations support experience, and knowledge of network devices, protocols, monitoring systems, and incident management.
