Description
FM Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to develop, evaluate, and improve complex manufacturing process plans. The role involves creating process routings and bill-of-material structures, estimating cycle times and costs, producing CAD drawings, designing cutting tools and fixtures, coordinating with vendors, leading cross-functional process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives, and managing projects. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent education and experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills; semiconductor experience and SolidWorks experience are preferred.
