Description
Lila Sciences is hiring an Engineer I for its Research Operations team to operate integrated laboratory automation, prepare materials, monitor and troubleshoot automated workflows, maintain equipment, record quality-control and experimental data, and support reliable high-throughput research operations. The role is on-site and second-shift, from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and requires a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of relevant laboratory experience, and hands-on laboratory technique experience. The position offers a base salary of $75,600 to $100,800 USD, bonus potential, equity, and U.S. medical, dental, and vision benefits.
