Description
The role responds to and resolves guest repair requests, including minor plumbing, general maintenance, preventative equipment care, and safety documentation. It also requires communicating with guests, following company and safety procedures, maintaining a professional appearance, and performing physical work involving lifting, bending, climbing, and tool handling. A high school diploma or G.E.D. and at least two years of related work experience are preferred; no supervisory experience or license or certification is required.
