Description
The role responds to guest repair requests, resolves maintenance issues, performs preventive and basic repairs across tools, kitchen, boiler-room, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, and other building systems, maintains inventory, and coordinates with other shifts. It requires a valid driver’s license, basic computer skills, physical ability to move and lift objects, and knowledge of safety procedures; hotel engineering or maintenance experience is valued, while supervisory experience is not required.
