Description
The Hotel Maintenance Associate responds to guest repair requests, resolves maintenance issues, performs preventive and basic repairs across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, painting, landscaping, and other hotel systems, maintains inventory, follows safety and lockout/tagout procedures, and supports guests and other employees. The role requires a driver's license, basic computer skills, and the ability to perform physical work; a high school diploma or G.E.D. and some general maintenance experience are preferred, while hotel engineering or maintenance experience is a plus.
