Description
The Engineer – Product (VAVE & Sustaining) coordinates design, production, procurement, and product testing teams to validate cost-optimized changes for existing and new power electronics products. The role performs hardware and software testing, develops automated test programs, creates test plans and stress conditions, verifies UL and CE compliance, prepares test reports and risk analyses, supports root cause analysis, and drives continuous improvement while maintaining product performance, safety, and quality standards.
