Expeditors is hiring an Engineer I - Global Technology - Technology Services to support and administer Windows endpoint technologies and regional data center operations. The role provides Tier 2 endpoint troubleshooting, manages endpoint lifecycle and compliance, supports Windows 11 and Microsoft Intune environments, coordinates RDC remote hands and hardware activities, manages vendors and billing, and contributes to global rollouts and operational improvements. The position requires strong troubleshooting, automation, project coordination, and cross-team communication skills, with preferred experience in Windows endpoint administration and data center operations. It can be based in Singapore, Shanghai, or Shenzhen.
