Vermeer is hiring an Engineer I – Manufacturing to support cross-functional teams in improving production processes, product quality, and sustainability. The role applies lean manufacturing, tooling and fixture design, technical-schematic interpretation, PLM and ECN systems, ERP, Power BI, and IoT process monitoring. It requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in an industrial or manufacturing engineering field, knowledge of lean and technical-drawing methods, and familiarity with assembly, welding, JIT, and digital manufacturing tools. The position is first-shift and onsite at a Vermeer campus, with occasional travel.
