Description
The Sustaining Engineer manages the product lifecycle for Switchgear design, an engineered-to-order product family. Responsibilities include maintaining designs in Oracle Product Lifecycle Management, improving design for manufacturability, supporting production and supply-chain issues, supporting new product development and introduction, and ensuring ETO designs are quality-checked before production release. The role requires 1–3+ years of product design and 3D modeling or 2D drafting experience, an engineering bachelor’s degree, control wiring diagram skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
