Description
Bosch is hiring an IC Layout Engineer in its Analog Design Group to develop analog layout elements and modules, verify design constraints, place pins, extract parasitics, optimize layouts, and support DRC, LVS, tape-out, and photomask manufacturing. The role requires higher education in Electrical Engineering or a related field, IC layout experience, knowledge of BCD/CMOS and deep-submicron effects, analog circuit design, layout tools, and programming or scripting experience.
