Description
The Embedded Software Engineer will provide technical leadership for safety-critical embedded control systems across Manitowoc’s crane and mobile equipment platforms. The role owns architecture and firmware design in modern C++, leads device drivers and middleware, applies functional safety and V-model practices, mentors engineers, and collaborates with electrical, hydraulic, systems, validation, manufacturing, and service teams. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least two years of embedded software and control-systems experience, and technical leadership experience across multiple projects or platforms.
