Insight is hiring a Cloud Engineer II – M365 to provide escalated Level 2 support for complex Microsoft 365 issues, including user access, permissions, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, identity and access management, security, SSO, MFA, MDM, and device connectivity. The role requires a BE/B.Tech degree, Level 2 Microsoft 365 support experience, knowledge of M365 security and compliance, PowerShell scripting, and strong analytical and communication skills.
