LOTTE HOTEL SEATTLE is seeking a hospitality engineering professional to support mechanical and building systems operations. The role requires strong engineering operations skills, mechanical ability, and proficiency in at least three areas such as air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical and mechanical systems, plumbing, pneumatic and electronic systems, carpentry, kitchen equipment, energy conservation, and general building management. The position also requires safe hand and power-tool use, organizational and multitasking skills, teamwork, communication skills, and flexibility for weekends, holidays, overnight shifts, and overtime.
