Description
The role owns end-to-end support for critical semiconductor production systems and manufacturing lines, including Fusion and PLP/EIM. Responsibilities include enforcing production deployment discipline, troubleshooting complex equipment and process excursions, coordinating with manufacturing and engineering teams, managing vendor and IT escalations, mentoring support engineers, and driving automation and continuous improvement. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field, at least two years of software development experience, Agile experience, semiconductor manufacturing automation knowledge, and strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
