Description
Microchip Technology Inc. is hiring a DFT/ATPG Engineer to develop Python-based automation flows, support DFT implementation on hierarchical SoC/ASIC designs, and contribute to ATPG, MBIST, diagnosis, pattern simulation, validation, and on-silicon debug. The role also supports internal AI-driven technical initiatives and collaborates with CAD, design, STA, product engineering, and test teams. Candidates need at least two years of DFT/ATPG experience, strong Python and hierarchical-design expertise, and experience with Tessent or Cadence Modus tools.
