ASM is recruiting a Field Process Engineer for its ALD/EPI/PEALD/CVD business function in Hsinchu, Taiwan. The role provides process support and troubleshooting at customer sites, evaluates customer needs, develops and installs new applications, manages project scope and resources, and drives continuous improvement of customer experience. Candidates need a master's degree or higher in engineering, at least three years of technical experience, strong customer partnership and complex instrumentation experience, and clear English or Mandarin communication skills.
