ASM is hiring a Field Process Engineer to understand customer needs and provide process support and implementation at customer sites. The role focuses on improving customer experience through process and support-tool development, managing new product installations and process development, leading new-site start-ups and risk assessments, defining project scope and resources, and supporting site-based operations. Candidates need a master's degree or higher, semiconductor industry knowledge, experience with complex instrumentation, applications, and informatics, teamwork skills, and English proficiency.
