ASM is hiring a Field Software Engineer for its Sales & Service function in Korea to support the installation, maintenance, optimization, troubleshooting, and qualification of software for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The role involves working with SW Design Engineers, QA and Support teams, customers, and cross-functional teams; handling escalations, bug triage, regression testing, software upgrades, and complex electromechanical-system problems. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, strong Korean and English communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, software development experience with C++ or C#, and willingness to travel to customer sites.
