Description
The Engineer II - Guest Room Maintenance performs various skilled tasks involving installation, repair, and troubleshooting of building, facility systems, and equipment. This role focuses on maintaining guest rooms, corridors, and back-of-house areas, performing basic maintenance and repair tasks like light carpentry, drywall repair, painting, minor electrical work, plumbing repairs, and furniture repair. The engineer troubleshoots and replaces common guest room equipment, conducts safety inspections, ensures proper functioning of HVAC systems, and maintains accurate documentation.
