Description
The Engineer II, Manufacturing Engineering (Process) will develop, optimize, and maintain injection molding processes for APS Process Carrier engineering molding products. The role includes troubleshooting molding issues, establishing statistical process control, coordinating tool and material validation, improving process flow through Lean optimization, supporting automation integration, responding to customer complaints, and training engineers and technicians. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least five years of injection molding process engineering experience, and expertise in scientific molding, SPC, automation, project management, Design of Experiments, and tooling development.
