Description
ASM is hiring a Mechanical Hardware Design Engineer to design mechanical systems and products for advanced semiconductor process chambers supporting ALD, PE-ALD, and epitaxy applications. The role leads hardware development from concept through testing and high-volume manufacturing readiness, using Creo, GD&T, FEA, CFD, PLM, and cleanroom and lab environments. Candidates need a master’s degree in mechanical engineering or higher, at least two years of mechanical design experience, and familiarity with fabrication methods and semiconductor or capital-equipment practices.
