Description
The role develops, sets up, and operates DA or wire-bonding processes; establishes machine recipes and process parameters; modifies tools and jigs; improves yield; coordinates engineering and DOE evaluations; prepares operating procedures, ROHS, FMEA, and control plans; trains engineers, technicians, operators, and trainers; and recommends materials and process flows for new product introductions. The position requires travel 10% of the time and is scheduled for normal time in the Philippines.
