Description
ASM is hiring a Process Engineer for its Global Key Product Unit in Tama, Tokyo, Japan, as part of the PECVD Process Development team. The role focuses on developing new semiconductor fabrication processes, designing and analyzing experiments, characterizing hardware, defining process windows, troubleshooting complex issues, performing root-cause analysis, and communicating technical solutions to customers and internal stakeholders. A PhD in Materials Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics is preferred, along with at least two years of semiconductor equipment process-engineering experience.
