Description
ASM is hiring a second-shift Process Development Engineer to serve as the primary engineering resource during off-hours, executing DOE experiments, process qualifications, hardware evaluations, and demonstrations; monitoring and troubleshooting process and equipment performance; analyzing experimental data; coordinating with operators, technicians, and daytime engineers; and supporting continuous improvement. The role requires a STEM bachelor's degree, analytical and troubleshooting skills, and experience with statistical analysis and data-driven problem solving, with semiconductor process development experience preferred.
