Description
Aldevron is hiring an Engineer II, Process Validation to lead and support internal and external validation projects that enable the commercialization of medicines. Reporting to the Process Validation Manager, the role covers process characterization and qualification across biologics, small-molecule, and large-molecule manufacturing, including risk-based methods, statistical analysis, technical writing, deviation investigations, root cause analysis, and regulatory inspections. The position is based on-site in Fargo, North Dakota, requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering and at least two years of relevant experience, and includes 5% travel for audits and client visits.
