Description
Microchip Technology is seeking a Test Engineer for its Analog Peripheral Interface Division to support pre- and post-silicon test engineering, ATE board design, silicon characterization, yield analysis, root-cause investigations, qualification, and manufacturing and quality improvements. The role requires a BSEE/BSECE or equivalent, at least three years of experience, semiconductor test knowledge, C/C++ and VBA programming, ATE experience, statistical analysis skills, and familiarity with semiconductor quality standards. The position may require 0–25% travel and involves collaboration with global design, manufacturing, quality, and customer teams.
