Microchip Technology is hiring an Engineer II–Test for its Networking and Connectivity Solutions division to lead pre- and post-silicon test engineering for advanced integrated circuit products. The role covers test program and ATE board development, silicon characterization, yield and device-marginality analysis, root-cause investigations, customer return analysis, environmental qualification, and cross-functional collaboration with design, manufacturing, quality, and customer teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electronics or electrical engineering, at least three years of semiconductor IC development experience, and expertise in ATE, silicon validation, statistical analysis, scripting, version control, and Linux/Unix environments.
