Description
The Hotel Engineer performs guest repair requests, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and complex repairs of hotel mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and other equipment. The role requires advanced blueprint and schematic reading, engineering and mechanical skills, safety and lockout/tagout procedures, inventory management, and the ability to train and mentor other engineers. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, vocational or technical background, extensive general maintenance experience, at least two years of hotel engineering or maintenance experience, and a valid driver’s license; CFC certification and applicable state or federal licensing are required.
