WM is hiring an on-site Environmental Engineer to lead engineering and construction activities at solid waste disposal facilities, including landfill projects, permitting, regulatory and community liaison work, consultant and contractor management, budget and capacity planning, and technical problem solving. The role also involves mentoring junior staff and supporting acquisitions and divestitures. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field and five years of related experience; the expected base pay is $106,370 to $158,884, with a 25% AIP bonus and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
