Description
The General Building Maintenance Technician performs preventative and corrective maintenance across mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, upholstery, painting, and electrical systems throughout a property. The role also handles lamp replacement, furniture and fixture repairs, wallpaper, paint, drywall, circuit breaker resets, AC filter changes, guest-room repairs, Maximo work orders, daily logs, and event or casino support. It requires at least three years of general building repair experience, preferably in hospitality, a high school diploma or equivalent, English communication skills, basic math ability, and physical ability to work with tools, equipment, and heavy loads. The position requires schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
