Description
Nexperia is hiring an Equipment & Process Engineer (Plating) to support and improve high-volume semiconductor manufacturing plating operations. The role owns BIM (RTR) plating processes and equipment, drives yield, quality, throughput, and cost improvements, leads lot disposition and new-technology transfers, maintains technical documentation, coordinates with suppliers, mentors technicians, and ensures EHS compliance. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least three years of semiconductor manufacturing experience including three years in plating or wet processes, hands-on plating equipment experience, statistical analysis proficiency, and strong documentation and collaboration skills.
