Description
The General Building Maintenance Technician performs preventative and corrective maintenance across mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, upholstery, painting, and electrical systems throughout a property. The role also handles lamp replacement, furniture and fixture repairs, wallpaper, paint, drywall, circuit breaker resets, AC filter changes, basic plumbing repairs, hotel guest-room repairs, Maximo work orders, daily logs, and event or casino support. It requires at least three years of general building repair technician experience, preferably in hospitality, a high school diploma or equivalent, English communication skills, basic math ability, and the ability to work with tools, equipment, and guests in a flexible schedule.
