Insight is hiring an Engineer III - Sr. Technician Network for a hybrid role in Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Bangalore, or Pune, with US-aligned night-shift hours. The position supports ITIL incident, request, and change processes, resolves most assigned incidents without escalation, troubleshoots and administers enterprise network technologies, maintains NOC availability, mentors junior teammates, and may assist with work distribution. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in IT, network engineering, or a related field, enterprise NOC experience, and associate- to professional-level networking knowledge; CCNA or equivalent certification is preferred.
