Description
The Sustaining Engineer leads cross-functional engineering projects for commercialized medical devices, focusing on product lifecycle management, engineering changes, supplier and component changes, validation and verification, regulatory compliance, continuity of supply, and continuous improvement. The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least five years of relevant medical device, pharmaceutical, or related experience, with work across office, manufacturing, cleanroom, laboratory, supplier, and manufacturing-site environments.
