Description
The Engineer /in Energy and Building Services will manage construction projects for new-build, conversion, modernization, and renovation measures; coordinate external architecture and engineering firms; develop sustainable and energy-efficient building concepts; support the strategic development of the building portfolio; and identify and administer funding programs. The role requires a university degree in a relevant technical field, preferably relevant construction, project, or facility management experience, and strong project management, communication, negotiation, and cost-conscious working skills.
