Description
Heidelberg Materials Benelux is hiring an Engineer-in-Training for the Lixhe site’s Maintenance department. The 24-month development program prepares the candidate for a future management or technical expert role in an industrial environment. The EIT will participate in small- and medium-scale industrial projects across production, process, and maintenance; identify improvements related to safety, performance, quality, energy, and equipment reliability; coordinate stakeholders; conduct technical and economic analyses; monitor site work; support CAPEX investments; and present project progress to site management.
